REFUND

1. Digital Content & Membership Access

  • All transactions made to unlock premium content tiers, subscription levels, or virtual point packages are considered instantaneous and final.
  • Once a membership tier (such as Lover, Visitor, Dreamer, or Explorer) has been successfully activated and the digital content has been made available, we do not issue refunds or partial credits.

2. Virtual Wallet Balances

  • Points purchased or earned through the platform’s loyalty widget system are immediately consumed upon unlocking restricted posts or media.
  • Unused point balances residing inside a user’s profile wallet cannot be redeemed, returned, or converted back into legal tender or offline currencies.

3. Exceptions & Billing Discrepancies

  • We understand that technical glitches happen. If your gateway account was double-charged or if an offline payment failed to properly provision your requested membership tier due to a system error, please contact us immediately at support@masoodsiraj.com.
  • Valid technical discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Our team will review the platform database logs and, if verified, manually correct your wallet balance or subscription level.
